The recorded video has 2 tracks, and can only play a single track, playing 1 track 2 no sound, playing 2 track 1 no sound

There are two audio tracks in the recorded video. The microphone sound cannot be heard by the playback system, and the system sound cannot be heard by the playback microphone track

Video players can play one audio track at a time. If you wish to record system sounds and microphone into one audio track then open microphone settings and disble "Record microphone into separate audio track" option.

I turned it off but I still have two tracks playing the video
