Crashing after activating

I am using the latest mirillis action on windows 11. It works fine, as long as I do not use my serial to activate it. The minute I do that and close it, it never reopens. It just says abnormal product termination detected. It is a mind bender. Like I am being punished for paying for this software. I probably would not be so frustrated, but after having 4 emails ignored, yeah.
