Can't hide mouse cursor

I need to stream/record a browser window. It will often be in the background while I have something else opened in front of it. Right now Action will record my mouse cursor randomly moving around while I'm doing other things. I need the mouse cursor to be hidden either completely or only have it shown when the window being recorded is in focus. Record mouse cursor setting is already unchecked so I have no idea what else to try? Thanks.
