Fps problem with game capture

When I use game capture, I had an issue with fps (it's always at 30fps and GPU running at 100% all the time) it never happens before. I didn't update windows or anything. But when I use other capture mode (Windows/Screen capture) is normally smooth(Fps always 60 GPU running around 65-70%).
I know I can use other capture mode to avoid this problem. But I normally play with windows mode. (My screen was 16:10 aspect ratio that why I play and record in windows mode to get 16:9 aspect ratio) I don't want to use screen capture because I have to resize it from 16:10 to 16:9, and it's look so bad. And the windows capture is record game windows with the thing on top of it.
If somebody knows how to fix it, pls help me
