stream1080P 30 fps, bitrate limit 6 mbps, not enough

I use Action to stream the game PUBG, I choose 1080P 30FPS, even I set the bitrate to max 6mbps, in the complicated scene, the video gets too blurry. I hope the developer can increase the stream bitrate limitation, and my stream platform does not limit the bitrate, so the 6 mbps limitation now is not meaningful. For other software like OBS, users can set the bitrate freely while the Action limit it so strange.
