When the video framerater is 60fps, the sound will freeze

Tried reinstalling the software and resetting the settings, the sound is always stuck, but the same settings will not freeze with obs，Reduce the video frame rate until it is lowered to 30, The sound will not stutter， my configuration is very high, 3080ti 9900ks and 32G，can you help me？ thank you！

Looks like this problem occurs on client side (on this specific streaming platform). Recordings from this stream are ok.

However, there is no problem with using obs and the platform's own software to broadcast live, which is very strange!
