Unable to Use ACTION with Red Dead Redemption

I recently purchased ACTION in October to record my Gameplay on Red Dead Redemption 2 and the Online version, it worked until after the night of October 26th right after I purchased the full version. I got up on the 26th to work some more and my RDR2 game would crash not even starting up fully.

I contacted Rockstar and after some back and forth we couldn't find the issue. So I was going to use my husband's laptop since his new one had come along (long story) so I went and uninstalled a bunch of things. When I uninstalled ACTION something told me to try booting up RDR2 again and BOOM it booted right up with absolutely no issue.

Redownloaded Action and the game would crash. I've tried contacting support but nothing has come, I'm lucky to have found the forum.

I'd like to continue to use Action but I can't if it makes my game crash. Any help would be very appreciated and I apologize if this isn't in the right spot.

Hello.
Press Windows key + R to open "Run" window.
Type msinfo32 and click OK to open System Information.
Now click File -> Save. Save the file on your desktop, this can take a while.
