When trying to select a network share as an output I'm told I cannot write files to the selected output.

I have enabled EnableLinkedConnections.

Unfortunately it is not possible to save videos to network locations.

Is it something that is in the pipeline, or is it completely unplanned?

I can only talk for myself and a handful of colleges, however being able to record directly to a network share is crucial for workflow.
