Can I activate a retail non-steam version of mirillis action, using my steam version.

I own action on steam, and i want to use it on my old windows 7 computer, so i can record an old game that dosent work on windows 11. Is it possible to get a key for the retail version, by showing proof that i have it on steam, or does the steam version have a key that i can use to activate a non-steam version?

You can just install Action! from Steam on Windows 7.
