crash while recording

Hello support i was recording a video but the electrecity cut off while im recording and i turn on the pc back again and i open action he said recovry video completed but when i try to open the video didnt want to open and the size of vdeo its 13 gb how i can recovr it ?

Hello.
Open video outpur folder in file explorer. See if there are other files that are named like your recording but without "recovered" part, one of it should be .ind file extension.
If there are two mp4 files and ind file you can delete/rename recovered file and restart Action! and it should try to recover your recording again.
