Does not record video

Developers, a question for you.
I contacted support, created a topic here. No one can give me an answer.
The program does not record. I bought it, and it doesn't work.
I don't know, release a patch of some kind. I've tried everything, I've talked to your support, I've done everything they recommend, but nothing helps. Do you have any direct connection to help me solve it. I bought this program for work, it worked for a while, but after the latest updates it stopped recording.
I've tried all of these, unfortunately nothing helps. The only thing that works is recording a separate window, everything else doesn't want to work. Like recording a certain area on the screen or a game, etc.
And what is very strange is that every time I try to check the files for errors, 6 files always fail the check
