Hi,

Ever since I have been using Mirillis Action! I always have to increase my microphone gain using an equalizer along with using 200% within the app for it to pickup my voice normally. There is something wrong with the way the app is picking up microphone volume. I should not need to use 200% within the app and adding gain to my microphone just to be able to hear myself within Action's video recordings. This causes a lot of issues, such as picking up audio around my room because I've added 10 dB gain to the microphone. It also sounds robotic in the recordings if I am in the middle of a fight and I scream or make loud noises you can hear lots of robotic audio. This is happening because the volume is 200% and there is a gain added to the microphone. This happens in every game using any microphone. I have tried with 5 different microphones and it's the same issue across all of them. I have to increase their pickup volume otherwise I am extremely quiet. I have seen this posted a few times already on the forums. Can you please fix this issue? Other applications do not have this problem I am only seeing this issue on the Mirillis Action! application. Please review the way the audio pickup works for microphones. There's something missing with how this is working.

Thank you

You can choose how to adjust your Windows Microphone Settings
- Go to Control Panel > Sound > Recording and select your microphone.
- Click Properties, then go to the Levels tab and increase the levels there, rather than just relying on the app's settings.
- Try setting the Windows microphone gain to around 80–100% and test in Action! at a lower gain to see if this equalization produces clearer audio.
