Video frame rate is not round to integer?

Hi,
I'm recording my videos using Action! for many years, love it. But I noticed one thing that bugs me. I don't know if it was always like that. Anyway, when I import video recordings to Premiere Pro, preview is not smooth. I found a solution that I can use the Interpret Footage tool. For example 60fps video is treated as 30fps.

When I select video made by Action! I noticed that Premiere Pro see this file as....... 60,0002 fps. Hence the lagging preview. When I interpret it as 60 fps, everything is fine. Is it like floating point problem?

Action! is up to date.
1080p, NVENC H264, CFR, 20 mb/s

Premiere Pro is 24.5
Drivers are up to date
i5-9700K
RTX 3060Ti
32GB RAM
Windows 11 Pro 24H2

Cheers

Have you tried re-exporting the video in a different format (e.g. H264 using a third-party program like HandBrake or Media Encoder) and then importing it into Premiere? I’m curious if that would optimize the workflow, as it would allow for frame rate synchronization from the start, so you don’t have to “interpret” the footage each time.
