Bug report: Hotkeys section

The hotkeys section will glitch out whenever Action! is set to start minimized to tray. When you scroll down, the menu will disappear. However, if you scroll up a just a little bit and move your mouse where the menu is supposed to be there initially, a new one will appear. Keep repeating that last step and see what happens. 
The bottom part of that section also has a gap that is not present when Action! isn't set to run minimized to tray.
