Hi everyone,
I’ve been using Mirillis Action! for a while now, and I wanted to share some tips I’ve found helpful for getting smoother gameplay recordings and better overall performance.
Here are a few things that worked for me:
Optimizing recording settings: Lowering the bitrate slightly can reduce lag without sacrificing too much quality.
Using hardware acceleration: If your GPU supports it, enabling hardware encoding really helps keep FPS stable.
Recording in segments: For longer gaming sessions, I record in smaller segments to make editing easier later.
Audio balance: Adjusting game and microphone levels separately has improved my final videos significantly.
I’d love to hear from others as well:
What are your go-to settings for recording high-FPS gameplay?
Any tricks to minimize stuttering or dropped frames?
How do you handle post-editing without slowing down your PC?
Looking forward to learning from this community and improving my recordings even more!
