Sony Vegas Pro 12 everything is off sync?

This issue is only occurring with my recordings from Mirillis Action(Viewing the video in Windows Media Player everything is in sync,also tried exporting it to make it smaller in Mirillis, that didn't help either)The main issue i'm having is the way the audio is importing into Vegas as you can see in the image,I usually record with XSplit but whenever I finish my recordings from there it's previewing is absolutely fine in Vegas(I can even bump it up to good or best in some cases) I have tried also lowering the dynamic ram preview to about 200 since currently I don't have the best pc atm(Upgrading in a couple months)aswell as leaving "GPU acceleration of processing" off
