Severe Vid Quality Loss Importing to Adobe Premiere

Sun Jun 07, 2015 8:04 pm

Hello All:

I'm very new to this whole editing thing. My quality seems great when I export my Action videos. However, when I take that video and import it into Adobe for some editing the quality is horrible. What am I doing wrong?

Any suggestions or links? I'm striking out when searching the web for this type of issue. I figure someone must have had the same issue as me.

thanks in advance for any help.

Make sure that this is not preview issues. Is the rendered file poor quality aswell?

Preview issue as in - it looks like crap but once saves and exported it will return to better quality?

I don't know how to check rendered file quality, nor really know what that means. I'll have to look it up. I know I render the file in Adobe once I import it but never seems to make any difference to me and my untrained eye.

thanks for your reply.
