PC Specification: Windows 8

Signal Lost

Hello, When I connect to my PC using Remote Action!, the screen goes black, and it says: Signal Lost, please try some of these options. I am using a Samsung Tab 4, and my PC is in windows 8(laptop). How can I fix this?
