I saw a few posts dating way back on November 2014 and still no solutions.
Please fix this and make my purchase of your app worthwhile.

I finally was able to keep the app from crashing and thought others who suffer from the same dilemma might want to know the workaround on this. I'll try to keep it simple. Sorry for my poor English as it isn't my native language.

This only applies for those who have AMD GPUs and mobos with intel iGPU support.

1. Enable iGPU on bios
2. Once you get on windows, go to screen resolution (by right clicking desktop) and there will be another monitor which will appear as "Display Device on:VGA"
3. Choose "Extend these displays" and click Ok
4. Open Action! app and you'll notice that "MP4 Intel Quicksync Video" has been added to the list of file format
5. Select it.
*You can also choose AVI or standard MP4 as long as its not "MP4 (AMD APP)"

What worked for me may not work for others but seeing that no solutions are being given, I think this is worth a try.
