User cannot connect when Bitdefender Security is installed

Hi,

I'm having issues with connecting to Remote Action when i have Bitdefender installed, I have contacted the support already but it seem that they haven't got any solid solution for it. We have confirmed the Action.exe is set to allow status on the Firewall, and we have also tried adding "client.mirillis.com" on the whitelist of web url. It's been over a month and I still haven't got this feature working.

Please help if anyone has any idea/solution to get this working

I guess no one at Mirillis knows how to fix this problem :(.
