I found a workaround thats working perfectly so far. Go to the installation folder and remove the file "libmfxsw32.dll" (i recommend backing it up first)

Hola hoy 9 de julio ha dejado de funcionar Splash 2.7 incluso con el controlador de ndivia 581.80.Una pena que no se soluciones el problema.El mejor reproductor con diferencia en calidad de video lo estan dejando de lado.
