Opening up settings causes application to crash

Whenever I open up settings the application immediately crashes
Tried doing a fresh install (uninstalled, renamed AppData, ProgramData and regkeys of Mirilis), still no dice.
Any ideas?

I have the exact same issue! Can't figure out why! My card is an Nvidia gt730 based card.
It doesn't crash on my other computer, but this is the one that runs 4K, while the other doesn't.
Wiping it didn't help.
i am wondering if it's Windows 10 64-bit (the crashing one) vs. Windows 10 32-bit (the non-crashing)?

Do you have any other codek - packs installed ?
Try reinstalling them.
