Stay on Top doesn't always keep on top

Splash 1.0 had an issue with staying on top, when Firefox was used. It was fixed in 2.0, but in the last update problem appeared again. Now it can't stay on top of taskbar.
I'm using Windows 10 and latest Splash 2.0. Windows taskbar is always on top of Splash 2.0 controls in fullscreen mode.
