Lipsync and subtitle adjustment settings do not work

Hi.I had some movies that have audio and subtitle sync problem.So I tried to solve these problems using lipsync and subtitle adjustment settings in Splash but these adjustments do not work.Because when I open the sync settings again, adjustments are still on 0 position.Briefly, Splash does not save my sync adjustments, it resets itself.Please fix it.Thanks.
