Videoexport 1080p > 2160p

Hello all from germany.
I never used the export function in my Splash 2 Player but when I tried I saw that I couldn't choose "Ultra HD". Is it not possible to upscale a video from 1080p to a higher resolution? Till now I used handbrake for this but I would like to use my GTX1070 GPU for this from now on because it's much faster than the integrated iGPU of my i7 7700K.
