My Graphic Card is GTX750TI now (not support H.265 Hardware accelerated decoding)
If I Change it to 1050TI (support H.265 Hardware accelerated decoding)
Do I have to change any setiing?

Hello, no need for changing any settings.
After you replace your graphics card the "NVIDIA NVENC HEVC" option should show up under hardware acceleration.
