Thank you for adding support vp8/vp9/av1 decoding.
Now Splash is the best player.
Guys, you make me happy.

ps: Most of my videos are encoded to vp9. Now I can watch videos with your magical Picture2 technology.

VP9 codec + Splash 2.7 = choppy video

Mon Mar 02, 2020 3:06 am

Hello,
I make DVD backups using VP9 codec. All players play encoded video smoothly, except splash 2.7.
All enhancements are disabled (motion2, detail boost). The CPU load is 10%. The video is choppy. It looks like the splash 2.7 drops frames.
Players like Windows 10 movies, media player classic plays vp9 video smooth. Is it a bug?
