BUG : Splash Player offers no File Association setup during Install

There is no option to set up file associations during Install.
All MKV, MP4, AVI, etc are blank. Where is this option?
I have re-installed it 3 times already, no associations. Splash PRO version used to have this option.

Many apologies as this was posted multiple times, the reason is there was something wrong with your Forums where it was not letting me submit the issue. I came back to find out it was posted. Again apologies, but please fix this problem.
I will add this to the other posts as well. Thank you for your understanding.
Update : After Uninstalling, then deleting Everything from the registry, Program Data, and App Data folders, and Re-installng this application 5 times, the issue Persists. There is not even a Dialog box during installation that offers to Associate Video / Audio files with Splash Player like it used to do in the older Paid versions.
