Action crashes after enabling onboard Intel Video

Using registered app for a while. Used it before with my nVidia CUDA acceleration.
Tried to use the power of Intel Quick Sync, provided by my CPU and onboard video card.
After i've enabled onboard video, Action started to crash on start.

Configuration:
MB: Intel DH67CL
CPU: Intel Core i7-2600
OS: WIndows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Onboard video: Intel HD 2000
External Video: Geforce GTX 560 Ti (used as primary video adaptor)

Tried to uninstall, clean local_user\software registry point and reinstal. No help. All drivers updated. Using last version of Action.
