Recording problems with Action! 1.15.0.0

A day or 2 ago, I installed the new version of Action!. That being version 1.15.0.0. I have some serieus issues recording with it.

First and most important of all, whenever I record, it says it's recording but when I want to rewatch it and check in my videofolder, all it's done is create an empty video file.

Another problem is that it always records into an MP4 file. Whether I set it to record in AVI or MP4, it does the same.

Last problem, which is not nearly as significant as the other two, Action! scales my game FPS down to 30, no matter if I try to record in 60, 15, 50 or any other FPS.

I really hope this can be fixed.

My specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 3612QM 2.1 GHz
GPU: Intel Graphics HD 4000 (I have a AMD Radeon HD 7770M, but I can't get it to work)
RAM: 8 GB
It is a laptop.
