Question: Frames While Recording

I have a quick question. When playing BF3 and not recording, my frames average about 90. However, when recording the frames read 30 because I'm recording at 30 fps. Is my game still running at 90, or has the game also been reduced to 30?

Your game still runs at 90 fps. Red HUD shows the actually recorded FPS, not in-game fps.
