Action high fps drop on recording?

Hello
I have a Question when i want to record something with action my fps drops from 144FPS to ~40fps in the settings i set 60fps(in action) the game is LoL

but my computer isnt bad so he should handle it
i have a i7 3770k 4.5gz
and a gtx 670 cu ii
8gb ram

you know why it drops so hard?
