PC Specification: FX 6300, HD 7770, Windows 7 HP 64but

Nothing happens when trying to record any video

Action! allows me to record using the audio feature. But when I try recording gameplay or my desktop, nothing happens when pressing the hotkey or the record button. Help much appreciated :) PS I am running the trial version, and rebooting didnt help
