PC Specification: RTM i5-3210M CPU, Intel HD Graphics 4000

Action Installation Error

I just recently purchased Action and when I try and install it, it gives me these errors that I attached. The main reason it isn’t working is because of the error with the .exe file. I hope someone responds quickly because this is getting frustrating. I have uninstalled and retried it multiple times. Please help.

Is this your first Action! installation? It seems that the file is used somewhere. Try installing Action! after rebooting your PC.
