Problem with Action! | Windows 8.1 Pro

Hello!
I have installed my Windows 8.1 Pro, and then i install Action!, i try trial version and when i start Action! it shows error: Windows Aero isn`t enabled on your PC. How can i fix this problem?

Check if Action! is not running under compatibility mode with another OS version.
