CAN'T RECORD ANYTHING!!!! SO MANY BUGS!!!!

Action! is a great recording software! when its working...
about 2 or 3 weeks after i bought Action!(about 3 months ago), i finally started getting updates. some fine, then some bad. every time i got an update it came with more bugs, progressing to getting worse each time. about a week ago that's when it got the worst! now, i cant record anything! i'm still not sure how long its been between each update so my list below may have some flaws.

Here's the changes they've made with each update iv'e encountered (i could be wrong about the amount of updates):
update 1. no noticeable changes
update 2. audio bug (making sound very quiet)
update 3. audio bug (now making my commentary quiet and making the game sounds normal or the other way around)
update 4. crash bugs ( Action! crashes in the middle of recording sessions leaving a corrupted video file that cant be watched. it does all this without closing Action! or it crashes closing Action and does the same thing either right when i press the record button or in the middle of a recording session)
update 5. audio bug and freeze bug ( all of the above but now the sound cuts out sometimes leaving either silence or the sound of static. the video is fine until it freezes for a minute then ends even though there's still supposed to be about 5 minutes or more to go)
update 6. all the above bugs happen rarely now, great!
update 7. major bug, cant think of a specific name for this ( fails to download and install update then Action crashes and closes. i then cant record anything except Mine-craft.)

I then uninstall and install again to try to fix, now i cant record anything. i ran security scans, no threats detected. please help with this! i wanna record again! please and thanks!
one more thing, a flaw with your forums website. when it takes me back to the sign in page because iv'e been away from keyboard for a while, i'd like it to take me back to what i was doing before. not the back to the forums menu and completely forgets my topic i was typing before( this topic ). i got frustrated and delayed posting this. again, please fix these! thanks!

my problems are not as bad anymore, but still bad. iv'e posted a new topic about the problems. go look at it.
