Game Audio Des-Synced

Ok, I have a huge problem. I record Minecraft and other videos for YouTube, usually with my friends. What happens is that the game audio(Minecraft or whatever game and Skype) are behind. What then follows is me answering questions before m friend's are finished asking them, and the sound of blocks breaking happens at least a second after the block breaks. This same thing happens with 30/60 fps, record microphone to different audio track on/off, and avi/mp4. I have contacted support, and they have not responded. I need this issue fixed very soon or I will get really annoyed. I have the latest version and I'm almost certain my drivers are up to date. Another thing is the desync gets progressively worse and worse as the video goes one, to the point where the game audio is off by 2-3 seconds, while my microphone is perfectly in sync with the video.
