Screen glitches when recording (troubleshoot)

First my pc hardware is as follows:
Intel I7 3960X @ 4.8GHZ
Asus Rampage IV Black Edition
64GB Corsair 1600
1TB Samsung SSD
3x Western Digital 3TB Enterprise Drives
2x EVGA GEFORCE 780 TI's SC
3x Asus 24" 144hz 1ms gaming monitors
Yeti Microphone

With all that said Ive been fiddling with Action! for a couple days now. I have the paid version. I keep getting screen glitches once I begin recording in game. Flickers of white lines. I had lowered the capturing framerate to 30 and this fixed it. Until I began recording with my microphone now it has begun again. Firstly due to the ridiculous hardware I'm running I find it strange I should need to lower the FPS or any settings for that matter. Secondly why would it work once put down to 30FPS and then start glitching again when recording mic audio?

I have the save destination for records going to my HDD not the SSD which Action! and all other relevant programs are installed on.

Could you upload a video sample of your issue? It will be easier to see what's wrong with the sample.

@20seconds mark in video. it happens so fast but so frequently its distracting.

The flash is a framebuffer game image



Its probably a game bug not Action error.
