Random crash

Im using Action! 1.19.2 and while im playing and it recording my gameplay i keep getting random crash in the game
i tried it on several games, Dead Rising 3 , Batman origin complete edition its annoying
i dont know whats the resoan only it happens whenever im recording

Wondows 7 SP1 x64
Intel Core i7-3370k
Corsair 16GB 2333mhz
EVGA GTX 770 2GB
SanDisk SSD 120GB

the game crash while im using action because im uploading my gameplay on my channel
tried it on dead rising 3 and batman origin
i noticed that it happens only on DX11 only
tried it on ultra street fighter iv on DX9 and works perfectly
this is frustrating i need help

i formated my pc installed latest drivers and software and i still got the problem
its only on DX11 i dont get it
is it a bug or is it from my pc?
do i need more ram?
