Cant have Action open with GTA SAMP

Radi, its time to create a little mandatory infos to post looks like:

OS: Windows 8.1
Video Card: Nvidia 660
Memory: 16GB
Monitor Resolution: 1280x720
Video Editor: Vegas 13
Game Problem: GTA SAMP
Video Type: MP4

Whenever I have SAMP open, I go out of game to open Action and my game crashes.. or whenever I have Action Open I go to open SAMP, it doesnt work... it crashes... I feel like I just spent 30 bucks on nothing :/ its all I use it for... someone please help

Do you use any graphic mods for your game? Does the same issue occurs with AVI files?

It occurs with all files. I have graphics mods but that shouldnt be the problem
