Action has Stopped Working

Getting the 'Action has stopped working' message every time I try to load the software - it was running fine for a few months and this just started today! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try removing or moving to another location all your files from your output folder. Let us know if that helps.

Thanks for the reply! I've already tried to uninstall/reinstall the software with no luck, is this what you were saying to do or something else?
