Action! is "Streaming..." to twitch.tv but nothing happening

I just downloaded the trial version of Action! The quality is great!
I'm trying to stream to Twitch.tv. I've done everything I can think of, followed all the tutorials.
I pasted my twitch key into Action! and started recording my game (Heroes of the Storm).
Action! Live Streaming status says "Streaming...", but when I visit my twitch.tv page, it says i'm offline.
There's no previous videos listed on my Twitch.tv channel.

I can't find any further help on this!
I have a 200Mbit Fiber connection (200Mbit up/down). I have only set the video size to 480p and 30fps, the bitrate to 1Mbps.
Streaming service: Twitch.tv
Server/URL: Asia: Singapore (I also tried the secondary server, and Hong Kong)
Streamkey: (has been entered)

The HUD does show that i'm LIVE.

Could you post a screenshot from your LIVE settings?

It's working now, but it takes several attempts before the live stream starts to appear on Twitch. I have to stop my recording/streaming, start it again. Wait a minute. If it's not live on twitch, then I stop/start the recording again until it starts to work.

You are not alone.

Unless i get a recording video icon (grey background with red circle) showing up...it does not go out...even if it says it is going out.

Numerous cycles required to get it to record & stream....now I'm recording entire sessions vs the action parts. GACK!

Support has been working with me, but so far this is kicking my sack!
