reinstalling

I downloaded an updte, but got while downloading the message "Error opening file for writing." C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\Mirillis\Action!\action_x64.dll. I hit RETRY and got the same messsge; so pressed IGNORE and continued installing. When I try to run the program I get the message "Failed to initialize product. Please try reinstalling". I'm going in circles. I have my serial number, as I purchased Action month ago and it had been working pretty well for my son who is the gamer.

Restart your PC and install Action! again. Probably action_x64.dll was still in use.
