It dont work at all

The demo worked fine but after buying it no longer works.
2700k@ 4.8 2x290 cards 2560x1440 res 60 htz

I press f9 the numbers change to red making me think its working when in fact it is not.
Zero upload speed on task manager.
Pcars, gtav, alien isolation.

Using the latest graphics drivers.

Why does this program say its working when you cant exactly alt tab or alt enter to check without it wrecking the stream.
It says its recording when it shoudnt making me waste hours when in fact its not working at all.

I cant pinpoint a exact fault other than its not working.

It must be something my side because it did work.

It did work here but I have no idea why it does or don't.
