Action RED button

For gameplay mode only i have no red button, the button use to work fine but now its completely greyed out and i can't record by clicking it or using the hotkey.

It was working last week... I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, not working.
I tried a complete wipe of it off my system as well my clearing the regedit files but still no success.
Please someone help, very frustrating.

Recording button is available only in Screen Mode. Game/Application recordings are started with F9.
