Action! Doesn't Work On The Division

Game capture and select application options doesn't work for The Division. Active screen acts also weird. It records slow motion and another issues. In every other game I play, there is no issue.

The hud is not visible on The Division. If you try to capture a video even hud is invisible, the video has lots of issues.
Examples : FPS problems, sound keeps cutting of.

I tried every display settings ( borderless[windowed] fullscreen, fullscreen, windowed ) but the result is same.

Does this game runs in DX12 or 11?
