Tue Feb 21, 2017 11:42 am

You mentioned its coming soon in features list, But its like a year or more than that I guess now, even 4 updates came, but still has to wait for important update, please can you tell when it would be finally out....? I am seriously waiting for this features from the time Splash 2.0 is out.

I wanted to ask again here when the update comes? Splash is a nice player, on two computers I have an AMD card and many H.265 files, so I can not use Spalsh there. If I can play H.265 with software, I buy immediately 2 Pro licenses, but so it brings me unfortunately nothing. I hope that soon an update appears. ;)

Best regards,

3 weeks ago already the support contacted> no answer
Here in the forum also > no answer

I'm trying it one last time, (then I delete Splash ) - when does HEVC software decoding? The question can not be so difficult;)

Why is there neither in the forum, nor the support response?

I bought the Pro version and would like to know only when I can play HEVC with my RX 460?
Is the answer too difficult? It's rude when you do not answer customers.
On the website is the soon to be a HEVC software codec to come, which would be enough, but WHEN comes then?

Have for this reason action! not bought! (My gaming PC has a Nvidia card) because of the bad experience with the Mirilis support (is there any support?)
I'll soon be stupid before ...
It would be nice if you at least so much would have decent and answer.

Thanks and regards

Me too. Everything works for Nvidia (HEVC/NVENC), why not AMD? Would be great if you can watch x265 movies with Splash (I bought the Pro). The player is so cool and I like it. So guys please add AMD x265... ;)

Thanks

6th generation Intel® Core™ Processor is recommended and NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 6XX or higher is required.
