Apex Legends Game Capture Mode

I have been trying to get Action! to work with Apex Legends and i cant seem to get it to allow me to start recording the game. i can desktop record but the moment i pull apex up its as if its not there and all i get is Desktop recording. Setting it to Game it seems like Action does not even recognize that its up. The software works fine with any other game it seems just not apex and im not to sure what else to do after a few days of trying to configure the application settings

Probably this problem is caused by Easy Anti-Cheat. We are working on it.
For now try running game in borderless fullscreen and record it using Screen mode.
