alright, so been doing lot of TESTING!!!
this is my findings:
-so I dropped in a match without even opening Action!. I when to a specific area in downtown and noted my FPS there.. it was always around 162.. i moved around few buildings and it hovered between 157-162 pretty much..
i then went to airport hangers, and the fps was about 167-175
while i was there, i had HWINFO64 running, and made note of my cpu clock speeeds.. all 12 cores were around 4.6. My CPU is PBO2 over clocked.
i then started action and started the game (i did not start recording, just had the app open).... I went to the same spot first in downtown.. the fps was exactly the same as before.. 157-162 and the core clocks were also 4.6
Then i press F9 and the recording started, FPS dropped right away to like 138-144 and it would just hover around that fps while reocrding.. i would say 137 average..
I press f9 to stop recording, and the FPS jumped back up right away to the 157-162 marked..
Went to airport hangers, same FPS 167-175 and then when i press f9, it dropped to like 155ish.. stopped recording and then back to its original FPS..
when i press F9, i notice core 10 clock speeds drop to 3.7 then goes to 4.6 and another core will go to 3.7 then back to 4.6 and it will just rotate..
really don't know what the issue is but i really hope there is a fix as those 20-30FPS really makes a difference in a competitive game.
i did not try recording with game recording mode, i'll try that and see if there is any difference.
