No sound from microphone in Mirillis recording

Hello everyone,
I am having trouble using Mirillis Action! to record screen videos. Although I have turned on the microphone and the software still receives the input signal from the microphone, when reviewing the video, there is absolutely no sound from my voice.

I have checked the settings in Audio Settings, made sure the microphone is selected correctly and the volume is turned up, but still no result. Has anyone encountered a similar situation and can share a solution?

This issue often occurs when “Allow multi-channel audio recording” is enabled. You can try disabling it in Audio Settings and test again.

Check that Record system sounds + microphone (mix) is selected instead of Separate microphone track. I think this issue comes from here.

Try disabling “Allow multi-channel audio recording” as it often causes the mic track to be silent. Also, confirm your microphone is set as the default input device in Windows sound settings and update your audio drivers
